ORDERS

After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. Still no email? Contact us at support@kei2naturalhealth.com and we’ll resend it.

We believe in keeping you informed. That’s why we break down the entire process for you on our shipping expectations page. From order to delivery, we outline what to expect.

To cancel, contact us immediately a support@kei2naturalhealth.com or (832)571-4862  before it ships. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Unopened dry products are refundable within 48 hours. Due to the nature of our sea moss products, they cannot be returned.

If your order is returned due to a shipping error, you'll be responsible for the reshipment cost. Refunds for returned items only apply to unopened dry goods.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order ships, we can’t update the address. If it’s returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipping fees. Refunds are only available for dry products.

If you have protected your order with insurance, we will handle filing the claim on your behalf.

To ensure successful resolution of your issue, kindly ensure that you follow the steps below.

  1. Take photos: Take pictures of the damaged package and the damaged items inside. This will be useful for evidence needed to file your claim.
  2. Send an email to support@kei2naturalhealth.com and include your name, order number, pictures of the received product, and any other relevant details.
  3. Allow us to process your claim.

During holidays, please allow extra processing time. We always aim to ship within 3–8 business days, but high volume may cause slight delays.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We’re working on expanding to international customers soon!

Yes! We offer free shipping for orders over $50 after discounts. Contact us if you were incorrectly charged.

Only dry products can be shipped to PO boxes. Sea moss products require a physical address to avoid shipping delays.

Yes, but keep in mind that gel products are perishable and must be picked up within 5 business days to avoid spoilage.

DAMAGES & INCORRECT ORDERS

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
  2. Email us at support@kei2naturalhealth.com with your order number and photos.
  3. We’ll take it from there.

Let us know within 48 hours via email, phone, or live chat. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

CLAIMS

If your order was marked delivered but never received, file a claim directly with UPS or USPS using the appropriate link. This is our standard protocol for lost or damaged orders.
