ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow a small window of time for your order to be processed.
Gel products are made fresh so they will have a 3-5 business day processing time before being shipped and are shipped Monday – Wednesday.
Dry products will have a 2-3 business day processing time before being shipped and are shipped Monday – Thursday.
Please take into account that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING TIME
Sea Moss Gel based Products (Sea moss gel, juices, popsicles & facemask)
Sea moss gels are perishable. For all orders with sea moss gels, the standard shipping time is 2 business days or less, excluding the shipping day.
Please take note that if you are purchasing sea moss gels, it is essential to provide a physical shipping address during checkout to avoid any shipping delays. UPS does not support delivery to P.O. Box destinations, so please refrain from using such addresses.
Dry Products (Herbal capsules, Herbal teas, Hair oil):
Unlike our time-sensitive gel products, dry products have a standard shipping time of 3-5 business days, excluding the shipping day.
PLEASE NOTE: Processing time and Shipping time are not the same.
Processing time refers to the time Kei 2 Natural Health sets to prepare and fulfill your order.
Shipping time is the amount of time in transit once an order is with the shipping carrier.
