Kei 2 Natural Health L.L.C. offers a 48-hour return policy for dry products only. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unopened and in its original condition as received. We will provide a return label for your convenience.
Due to their perishable nature, sea moss gel products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kei2naturalhealth.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Only approved returns will be eligible for a refund or exchange. Kei 2 Natural Health L.L.C. will provide return labels unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
Kei 2 Natural Health L.L.C. has a 48-hour refund policy for dry products only. The product must be unopened and in its original condition to qualify. A return label will be provided for your convenience.
All refund requests are subject to approval. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed and evaluated before a decision is made. Sea moss gel products are non-refundable due to their perishable nature.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note:
• Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Refund processing typically takes 3-5 business days, but the exact timing may vary based on your financial institution. Kei 2 Natural Health L.L.C. is not responsible for delays caused by your bank.

Reship Policy
Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of sea moss gel products, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If a package is returned to our warehouse, the shipping carrier charges Kei 2 Natural Health L.L.C. a fee to issue a new shipping label. As a result, any reshipment will require:
1. Payment of the shipping cost to reship the order.
2. A re-processing fee of 15% of the product value to cover the cost of preparing a new order.
Non-Perishable Products
If a package is returned to our warehouse, the shipping carrier charges Kei 2 Natural Health L.L.C. a fee to issue a new shipping label. As a result, any reshipment will require:
• Payment of the shipping cost to reship the order.

• Customers have 48 hours after the order is marked as delivered to report damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

• Claims must be filed promptly following the designated procedures.

• Shipping insurance fees are non-refundable.
• No refunds, replacements, or store credit will be processed without a properly filed claim for our claims department to assess.
